After reading some reviews that recommended this replacement in lieu of of the newer one for my old Braun 8585, I gave it a try. It works literally. I’ve had my shaver for about five years and I don’t about the last period I replaced the severe slab, but this is giving me a noticably punter/closer scrape. Incomparably recommended as a replacement for use on the 8585 ideal.
