Lindsay Williams of Penfield, a graduate of Monroe Community College, was named to the Phi Theta Kappa All-New York Scholarly Team. As a first-team member, Williams was selected to receive a $1,500 scholarship from the Coca-Cola Scholars Endowment in addition to a full-tuition scholarship to attend a participating State University of New York institution for the next two years. Williams, who earned an associate's standing in health information technology, plans to complete a cancer registry management program through the American Trim Information Management Association
